FIS Coaches –

Just so we’re all getting the same info, as I’m not positive it has made it around the horn yet, we are implementing the use of the FIS Alpine Entry sheet (commonly known as a Green Sheet) for Central FIS Races. FIS Entry forms submitted by Central Clubs and US Ski and Snowboard Regions, on behalf of their respective athletes, is required for all entries.

My.USSA Athlete Event Registration is still used to pay for the event, but only for payment purposes.

I have attached the FIS Alpine Entry sheet as a Word doc, and PDF, but it can also be found on the FIS website here, with many other useful forms and documents - http://www.fis-ski.com/inside-fis/document-library/alpine-skiing/index.html#deeplink=forms

We, as a division, are asking that coaches submit these 2 weeks prior to the TCM for each event, to myself, so that I have time and ability to open up any remaining quota spots for Rocky, West, East, and Foreign athletes who need to make travel arrangements so that we can maintain high quality races for our athletes.

Being that Nub’s Nob TCM is 2 weeks from today, and we are not expecting a flood of out of division or foreign entries, that deadline is obviously a little soft for this event. But, as a matter of practice, lets get those in ASAP if we can so I can work through this process with the RAs.
